The Order Process
Step 1 - Place your order
If you are a new customer, please call us at (909) 910-0118 and we will help you setup your account, answers any questions you may have and help you in selecting the best items for your business.
If you are a returning customer and placing a reorder with no changes from your previous order, simply select your items and complete the checkout process. This will generate an exact repeat of your last order. We will email you an order confirmation and your job will go into production.
For reorders with changes, please call us at (909)-910-0118 so we can review the changes with you. We will email you a new proof prior to printing.

Step 2 - Set-up/Proofs
All of the items we sell are custom printed. We will build your form just the way your want it, using your custom logo and your colors. All items shown in our store can be produced in different sizes, colors and quantities. If you don't see what you are looking for, just let us know and we will do a custom quote for you.
*Setup is free for most items. Generally, adding your logo to an item is free. However, freestyle graphic design work for business cards, postcards and brochures are typically chargeable. If it is chargeable on your items we will let you know in advance.
Prior to printing, a proof will be emailed to you for approval. Proofs are typically sent within 72 hours. When approved, your order goes into production.
Your order will not be printed without your proof approval.
Step 3 - Production and Delivery
Production time is 7-10 work days after proof approval.
Rush service is available upon request and may be subject to a rush charge.
We will update you when your order is complete and ready to ship.
We will ship your order via FedEx or UPS. Shipping transit time typically take 2-3 days to most locations.
